Sometimes, a preview is making the image (Photoshop, saved, for example, when you look fast when looking at pictures). What we can do is, if the picture in thumbnail mode, right-click on the image and select "Update thumnail forced" to create a new version. He did the same with me. J 've never happen, but it seems fixed.
