Licensed Architects New York Cost Of Living In New York?

Cost of living in New York? - licensed architects new york

I think of my master's degree in architecture at Washington University are eligible and the cost of living in New York? Architects need to go beyond about 3 years practice, pain is licensed after graduation, but prisoners are only $ 40k/year. Is that enough for me to live and work in New York? Why or why not? What would life be like?

In general, you should do 40-45 times a car of the month (80-90 times) as guarantor. Series of surveys for 1200-2000, in Manhattan, depending on the region. I live in the East Village and Pay-1700 per month for a small studio. It would be cheaper to get a shared apartment. If you have a guarantor, I could do it for a couple of years, provided that you can not live under better conditions. Search in other communities, the rent is cheaper the further reach of the city.

Get a roommate, and try to find a rich girlfriend. Ernst Tho 40 / K on the side pieces probably not so good, and you really need to fight. Get a roommate, since you are from outside the state, living in Manhattan for a while. I say this because most people there come from the state budget, you need not feel completely lost. Then try the other municipalities.

Earn $ 40K, you will find a roommate to live in neighborhoods. As for daily life, looking at things this way, you have several options to choose from, would do the things you do. New York City is a city of choice.

yes ... 40k would be good. I lived in the city last summer, was $ 400 per week and live in a closet size room was not so great. If you have roommates, take the subway, and find a place to not expensive in a super should live well ...
