Thus the company's employees will vote in public if they want to unionize or not. No more ballot secrecy, as in the election for president or anything else in the United States.

The unions want to know, they intimidate you to join the Union.

What are your reasons to rationalize it, I do not know. A little vague, as they intimidate employees of companies. I have no idea of his logic, but what happens when socialist try to rationalize socialism, it is difficult to make good sound.

You can also force to a union if enough people a card that they want to sign. Not even a vote is necessary (secret or not). Would understand this is bad because a) Will force the unions themselves (yes, I know he will, like the Teamsters) and b) employers know (voltage, the people that the Union). Then click joke about how collective bargaining should be configured. Determine if an agreement is not fast enough to reach an agreement Govt looks (as one or two years for the original contract I can not remember how long). Do not follow the same rules, or contract of 30-90 days to give time, not something long term.
