Will airlines accept an Official County ID Card as photo ID? - i taped my drivers license will i be able to fly

I'm going tomorrow to St. Thomas and I lost my license. As I would not accept my birth certificate to the DMV because they are sealed (although there are quite readable and applied the seal). When I was issued a new birth certificate of the Registrar at a seminar, so I was not able to get a right away. This made me an official statement of the county.
